Dr. Viren Desai, an Interventional pain anesthesiologist, started Interventional Pain Center in 2003 as Fayetteville Pain Center located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. His qualifications include board certified anesthesiologist, diplomat of American Board of Pain Medicine, fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), and certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Emphasis is placed on using minimally invasive, advanced techniques, such as injection therapy, radiofrequency ablation or spinal cord stimulation to control pain.

 Our physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are dedicated providers who evaluate the source of pain and offer treatment to improve function and mobility, and to decrease level of pain.
